300 g of Huétor Tájar asparagus (specific denomination)

110 g of broad beans

150 g of Serrano ham

4 eggs

Virgin olive oil

Salt

Preparation:


Fry the Huétor Tájar asparagus asparagus in a pan with virgin olive oil. Next, separate it from the oil, add the broad beans, and sauté everything again.

Next, add four beaten eggs seasoned with salt.

Then stir using the spatula until the eggs are cooked. You can also add pieces of Serrano ham.
