Ingredients: (4 servings)


Flour (100 g)

Dried yeast (5 g)

Egg yolk (1 unit)

Spreadable fresh cheese

Wild asparagus (24 units)

Los Monteros pumpkin marmalade

Water (1 dl)

Oil for frying

Salt to taste

Wild asparagus and white cheese fritters

Preparation:


Mix the flour and yeast with a little salt. Slowly add water while mixing. When you have an even dough, add the egg yolk and continue mixing.

Let rest for 15 minutes.

In the meantime, chop some asparagus and combine it with the cheese. Form balls by hand, coat them in the dough, and fry at 150ºC for 1 minute until they are golden. Drain the oil and serve on squares of Los Monteros pumpkin marmalade diluted with water.
