Ingredients: (4 servings)


1 slice of salmon

50 g clams

1 slice of onion

1 bunch of parsley

Salt to taste

4 tbsp of asparagus water

Extra-thick Cesurca asparagus

1 tbsp olive oil

SALMON WITH WILD ASPARAGUS AND CLAMS

Preparation:


Sear the salmon in the oil. Then, add the clams.

Add the asparagus water and cook for 3 minutes.

Garnish with parsley.
