Ingredients: (4 servings)


300 g Huétor Tájar asparagus

100 g of Serrano ham

4 tbsp virgin olive oil

3 cloves of garlic

1 tbsp sweet paprika

1 tbsp vinegar

1 boiled egg

4 slices of fried bread

Chopped almonds

Fine wine

WILD ASPARAGUS WITH SERRANO HAM RECIPE

Preparation:


Clean and chop the Huétor Tájar asparagus. In a casserole, slowly fry the chopped onion and asparagus. Once they are golden, add the chopped almonds, sauté a little, and add the diced Serrano ham.

Cook with fine wine, adding a little stock cube, and reduce. When it is ready to serve, peel the eggs.
